Since when does a breakfast of starburst and coffee suffice? I suppose when one has an 8 a.m. class and doesn't motivate herself to get to breakfast. . .but still!! Can't it be like a baseball game and someone just walks around shouting "coffee! bagels! fresh coffee and bagels and sweet cream cheese! One dollar only!" That'd be great. Just have kids running around campus with carts of food. Mmmmm.

Anyhoo. This weekend was a blast, regardless of the always present homework. Got some sleep, got to work, and saw friends! Initiation for ADPi was Friday as well--it's official! I'm in ADPi! Exciting!

Well, I'm starving for some semi-real food. Woot Starbucks! Ciao for now, all!

I have a new best friend.

My new buddy is "S.H.", said like "shh," as if you are "shushing" someone. It stands for "Space Heater." It is wonderful. It is currently keeping my left leg warm, but it's the thought that counts, right?

Tomorrow is Friday!

GUYS, IT'S SNOWING!

Yea, seriously. I believe all Wisconites understand, now, weather gods.

I was told by my friend Emma, who goes to Stevens Point, that she left class to go to her car yesterday and no one could really find theirs--the parking lot just had big white lumps in it! It's been snowing for two days! Sheesh.

Enough on the weather, now on to sports.

(Seriously!)

The girls swimming team took third at conference yesterday! That was the first time they've been able to do that. . .I think, ever! The boys took 6th? if I remember correctly. Zach did extremely well, so that was really exciting. A few school records were broken on either side of things, too.

The swimmers now have maybe an eight of an inch of hair. They all look pretty darn funny. Can't wait til it grows back!

Well, the admissions office is freezing. So I'm off to my most likely over-heated room! Ciao!

Yea, that's basically life right now. SO SICK. The plague got me. WHY?! Hm.

I've been trying to sleep it off, but the constant coughing makes sleep a bit difficult. School was missed a lot this week, but my professors understand.

WOO HOO FORENSICS!! Man. What a weekend. And it's not even over yet. I'm not going to be home in Ripon for at least another 12 hours. TWELVE HOURS. That's way way way too long. I'm so tired, too. Wowwwie zooooowie. So done right now.

DOOOOOOOOOONE. I just need sleep. I woke up way too early today.

Anyhoo. Yesterday the team did very well, and we got pizza afterwards. I personally did okay, tried a couple new things with my piece, but all in all, good times. Today we're hosting, so I basically have nothing to do! Which is good and bad. I really can't start any homework because we're on call, basically, to do random chores/things. >_< . Yea so life is great right now.

::sigh:: This week of school went okay, I got a paper back from Philosophy that I have an option to revise, and a brand new art project! Yippee! ::radiates sarcasm:: Ha. But a normal week of school, nevertheless.

well, I'm off to find a place suitable for lying down; I really hope the 'Ripon Plague' hasn't gotten me!

MMmm Cookies!

Well Zach's grandma sent him cookies in the mail today!!! And they are delicious. I am enjoying this. My favorite are the heart shaped sugar cookies with pink frosting (I'm such a sucker for pink frosting) and the chocolate chip cookies with pecans.

Mmm. Thank god I bought milk yesterday. We went grocery shopping and I bought good bread, cheese, turkey, milk, Goldfish crackers, bars and apples, but most importantly--SPAGHETTI!! I bought noodles and some pasta sauce which I plan to make tonight. Delta Psi Delta, one of the sororities on campus, is having a pasta dinner on Sunday, but I'm worried I won't be able to make it because of the Forensics tournament I have. But who knows! Maybe I'll be getting pasta twice this week!

School this week has gone relatively well. Classes are, well, classes. I was so disappointed today when I found out that nothing of mine had been canceled. Too bad I didn't go to school in Milwaukee!! My MOM even got out of classes today. Not that I hold it against you, mum.

Well I better finish off my dinner and get some homework started! I have a movie date with some girls upstairs at 9!!

I've noticed the the titles of many of my blog posts have multiple letters in them, as if I am yelling. I will stop this.

I really want a BLT. Like I really want a BLT. It sounds amazing right now. It may just be my body saying "hey Julia, you want some bacon??? That's protein, right??"

Anyhoo, I'm rather tired after this week. It was kinda long--I'm so glad it's the weekend. And I keep forgetting that it is Friday--WOOT.

Last night LOST was on! It was so exciting and so great. I missed that show. Alright for another season of mystery!
